We have no hidden fees in our contracts. All fees are clearly stated and documented. There is no pressure to take any service and we will never try and sell you more than you need. If you are unhappy with us, you are free to leave at the end of any agreed contract period, and we will even unlock your domain name to be transferred out for free.

Support

We provide free basic support with every monthly package. Though you can pay more per month to receive additional support and additional monthly site edits. We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours. If there will be a charge to implement a fix or provide the support, you will be told in advance.

Affordability

We regularly price match against our local competition. You can be sure the prices we offer are some of the best around.
