To check your plan head to the DACCAA Plans section of the website to see which plan you currently have active. If the desired plan is not selected after a payment was successful then please logout and then in again, if that fails then please get in touch as we have a record of every sucessful payment and it should be quite straight forward.

The aim with all of the different DACCAA Account types is to allow us to make money to keep DACCAA running however if you have upgraded and are not satisifed we will normally offer a refund so long as it is within a reasonable time period and there is a justifyable reason to the refund.
